§ 2-3. Fee waiver/reimbursement policy.

It shall be the policy of the board that upon request fees and permits may be waived or refunded, in whole or in part, at the discretion of the board, subject to the following criteria:

(1)

The intended structure shall be a nonprofit public facility as defined under the tax laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia or be determined by the board of supervisors to be of substantial benefit to the health, safety and general welfare of the citizens of the county.

(2)

There shall be no waiver and/or reimbursement for availability fees.
