§ 2-17. Composition; qualifications of members.

Latest version.

The planning commission shall consist of not less than five (5) nor more than fifteen (15) members, all of whom shall be residents of the county and qualified by knowledge and experience to make decisions on questions of community growth and development. At least one-half of such members shall be freeholders.
